Welcome to Kelly's Travel Plans. By purchasing or downloading any product from kellystravelplans.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. About Us

Kelly's Travel Plans ("we," "us," or "our") is a digital product business operated by Kelly, selling downloadable PDF travel itineraries for European destinations. We can be reached at hello@kellystravelplans.com.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on kellystravelplans.com are digital downloads in PDF format. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your itinerary as a PDF attachment. No physical product will be shipped.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. Kelly's Travel Plans is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address entered by the customer.

3. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase an itinerary, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PDF for your own travel planning purposes. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF with others who have not purchased it
Reproduce or republish the content in any format, online or offline
Use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission
Claim the content as your own work

The itineraries and all content within them remain the intellectual property of Kelly's Travel Plans.

4. No Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the PDF has been delivered to your email.

If you did not receive your PDF after purchase, please contact us at hello@kellystravelplans.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Accuracy of Information

Our itineraries are researched and written based on firsthand travel experience and are updated periodically. However, travel information — including opening hours, prices, restaurant availability, and transport routes — can change without notice. We recommend verifying key details before your trip.

Kelly's Travel Plans is not responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or expense arising from changes to the information contained in our itineraries after the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelly's Travel Plans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the information contained within them. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for your own safety, travel insurance, and decisions made during your trip.

7. Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your purchase — specifically, your name and email address. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your payment (Stripe) or deliver your PDF (our email service provider).

By purchasing from us, you consent to receiving a transactional email containing your purchased itinerary. We will not send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at kellystravelplans.com/terms.html. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
